Snowy Mountains Hideaway

Found this little cottage in the Snowy Mountains and liked it so much that I kept coming back every morning that we were up there. So much character and set in amongst snow gums it was a very picturesque scene. This particular one was -3 degrees so a little nippy

Some very crisp and crunchy grass there AB. Nice lead in with that track too.

Nice One. When I was up in Alpine National Park photographing the huts, I found it really hard to deal with the strong shadows that seemed to appear as soon as sun rise. I guess a bit of fog and cloud would help to diffuse the light.

    • Thanks Dan, they are certainly a challenge. Could always do a predawn/twilight to avoid the shadows or make a feature of them as you have done
